Basically, natural law is: do unto others as you would like them to do unto you. If I have no right to do some thing to you, and you have no right to do that thing to me, then nobody else has a right, individually or collectively (government), to do that thing to anyone either. The proper force of government is nothing more than a collective effort to enforce whatever any individual has a natural right to enforce. 'Legal' refers to 'Regulations & Statutory Law': laws made by government to regulate its agents/agencies & control its property/creations (territories, corporations, US/federal citizens, etc); they pertain to 'persons' - never state Citizens or citizens of the USA; never men or people of the land.

TWO TIME Congressional Medal of Honor recipient Marine Corps Commandant Smedley Butler was approached by representatives of the Morgan Bank who offered to finance him to establish a dictatorship of the United States to replace the Roosevelt government in 1932: He refused and went to the press. War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. ONLY A SMALL INSIDE GROUP KNOWS WHAT IT IS ABOUT [Carlyle Group?] It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses.

I believe in adequate defense at the coastline and nothing else. If a NATION comes over here to fight, then we'll fight. The trouble with America is that when the dollar only earns 6 percent over here, then it gets restless and goes overseas to get 100 percent. Then the flag follows the dollar and the soldiers follow the flag.

I wouldn't go to war again as I have done to protect some lousy investment of the bankers. There are only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights. War for any other reason is simply a racket.

There isn't a trick in the racketeering bag that the military gang is blind to. It has its 'finger men' to point out enemies, its 'muscle men' to destroy enemies, its 'brain men' to plan war preparations, and a 'Big Boss': Super-Nationalistic-Capitalism.

It may seem odd for me, a military man to adopt such a comparison. Truthfulness compels me to. I spent thirty-three years and four months in active military service as a member of this country's most agile military force, the Marine Corps.

I served in all commissioned ranks from Second Lieutenant to Major-General. And during that period, I spent most of my time being a high class muscle-man for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the Bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism.

I suspected I was just part of a racket at the time. Now I am sure of it. Like all the members of the military profession, I never had a thought of my own until I left the service. My mental faculties remained in suspended animation while I obeyed the orders of higher-ups. This is typical with everyone in the military service.

I helped make Mexico, especially Tampico, safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefits of Wall Street. The record of racketeering is long. I helped purify Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-1912 [where have I heard that name before?] I brought light to the Dominican Republic for American sugar interests in 1916. In China I helped to see to it that Standard Oil went its way unmolested.

During those years, I had, as the boys in the back room would say, a swell racket. Looking back on it, I feel that I could have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents.

You need government permission to make your home, travel, earn a living, defend yourself, obtain medical treatment, and educate your children. You will never get government approval for many of those things in many places. You will never get government permission to entertain your mind and body in unapproved ways. At certain times, you cannot criticize those who decide who and what gets approved. You must sell your property to the government if they want it, and you must kill and die for them if they tell you to. And you have no choice but to pay for it all anyway, whether you like it or not. And still, we think we are free.

It is now being reported that the 'dollar' is worth * 1 PENNY * compared to when the bankers took over the money system in 1913 under the Federal Reserve Act fraud, the beginning of just another violation of the Constitution for the USA:

Mrs. Smith borrows $10,000 to buy a car. The bank prints up some of it's 'funny money' (for nothing), and gives it to Mrs. Smith - but the bank says 'you must pay us $15,000 in return for the loan'.

Mrs. Jones borrows $10,000 to buy a car. The bank prints up some of it's 'funny money' (for nothing), and gives it to Mrs. Jones - but the bank says 'you must pay us $15,000 in return for the loan'.

So the bank will end up taking Mrs. Smith's and/or Mrs. Jones' car back, and will keep their payments too - because it is only possible for one of them to pay the bank back. After all, the bank only made $20,000, but they are asking for $30,000 back ... Someone is not going to be able to pay, but they will eat each other alive trying.

Congress does the same thing - it has 'unlimited' ability to ask for loans, and then places the unpayable debts onto its 'US citizen taxpayers', allowing the bankers enforcement arm (Internal Revenue Service) to steal the interest from those 'persons'. Meanwhile, the nation is sold out to the bankers as the debt keeps growing without end (100 trillion, more or less at this time; 5-10 trillion figures are YEARLY deficits).

1. The name on any 'charging instrument', eg: traffic tickets, tax bills, statements, loans, lawsuits, debts, etc; is not your name. It is the name of a government-created corporation, cleverly disguised in upper case letters by the bureaucrats to resemble your name. Do not blow off this fact. It is to deceive you into believing you are liable for its debts. You are not. Check the name on any government-issued ID you have. Your name is not on it. By the way, this applies also in reverse: what you think you 'own', eg: your house, your car, etc; is not in your name, ergo, you do not own it. 2. The only law in existence today is Contract Law. What you think of as 'laws' are only statutes and do not apply to you; they apply only to corporations. If you have no contract with the entity from which you receive a charging instrument, you are not financially liable ... and ... you couldn't possibly have a contract because corporations cannot lawfully contract. 3. The only way out of this mess is to remove ourselves from the Commerce Game - completely - so that we are no longer dependent upon entities whose sole agenda is to control and destroy us. The only way to win is not to play.
